    On November 12, the Ministry of National Defense (MND) stated that the PLA Eastern Theater Command recently demarcated several areas in its southeastern coastal waters (Zhejiang and Fuzhou) as restricted and conducted live-fire exercises. The ROC military continues to closely monitor activities in the region through joint ISR operations and has deployed forces accordingly.
