    On September 25, the Ministry of National Defense (MND) announced that it had detected 23 sorties by various combat and auxiliary aircraft, including J-16s, KJ-500s, and drones since 07:10. Twenty-two of these sorties were long-range naval and air missions that crossed the median line of the Taiwan Strait, entering Taiwan’s southwest and eastern airspace. The MND has been closely following recent PLA missile-firing exercises through joint ISR operations and has responded by deploying various mission aircraft, ships, and coastal missiles.
